I thought no matter what , those deteriorating pipes will get replaced, I thought that Louisiana project was going to keep it afloat,I thought HEK was gonna save the day. the big players got in at .o8cents and were instant millionaires,cause it shot to .25 for 5 years now, no public pr's to help the stock price along in over 5 years is a total dis to the small shareholders of this company. I'll be back in at .16 just for the trade.
