I agree, except, it is not clear the company is in the clear, as to funding ops.
Therefore, the fundings have to be still open at this time, unless otherwise advised, to keep operating to raise monies to continue.
Wouldn't you agree that if these funding opportunities were closed, that an Edgar filing should appear sooner than later?
We are talking about a significant number of shares and names.
