yes but we got into different discussion now
for our pps value in the near term all we care is to find out how many billion dollar metal can be mined and what percentage we keep from that JV
like lucky is 20/80 but we need confirmation of how much metal can be mined
now when does mining starts and if we get royalty for the life of mine
that is different story
near term we care what is in the ground

I believe that we may be thinking along the sames lines. Doing JV's o the properties and then receiving dividends off the mining with just a percentage of what values have been speculated would allow me and the misses to live well until we are part of the ground. IMO 3-5 years before see this.
