If we JV a property it is my understanding that we share in some of the cost usually and the income that the gold,cooper,RRE etc. produce and therefore someone mines it unless the JV decides to sell the property. Am I seeing this wrong? If we work with VALE on a JV and they mine the property do we not get a percentage of the revenue derived from the mine? Would this not provide a stream of income to KATX as long as the mine produces?
