agreed, but i do believe they intend to dilute further, which is why i believe they'll do the R/S.

my assumption has also been recently reinforced by the fact that someone stated they spoke with Toms recently and he mentioned "restructuring".

obviously, thats up to interpretation, but i've decided on my interpretation based on Tom's performance over the last 9 months.
