You know as we wait on the FDA, a shareholders is sort of a big dud. Like what can be gained from it? My small lot in this won't make a hill of beans in what will come from that. Till we get word from the FDA, all we need now is a confirmation from Dean that he and company is still very much committed and its the best we can hope for while we wait for the '%*#!<^%$'ers.
And that thought of an increase to fend off a possible hostile takeover, just give all of us loyal shareholders 1 share for every 10 we own. That would increase the O/S and place the shares where they will do most good. I like that thought!!!
I think its going for employee compensation. I'm glad its being put off. When he does the meeting, I hope he does it fast and without much cost at this stage in the game.
