Then later commented with:

"The shareholders meeting won't be held July 22nd. It's stupid but the SEC requires a date with the filing. They have come back with a few more comments/corrections again, but I think we are almost done with their BS. You will recieve a notice in the mail with the proxy statement. Sorry for the confusion. We are sending a out a newsletter to shareholders informing them of that this week. I hope you've signed up for the newsletter on our website."
