It may be that the IDCC announcement contrary to its previously claimed confidentiality just enraged him. The old saying "do not poke a snake" may ring truer than we actually know. His lawyers may be telling him that his 3g challenege is dangerous and says do it anyway. My problem believing that is my experience with bankers who are generally very conservative. Maybe he is the exception and not the rule. I still think it is safer to consider the new suit seriously.
