If NOK is trying to throw a knock-out punch on 3G, why would they omit TDD, which would give IDCC an opening?

Question..Was not IDCC vs. Motorola and IDCC vs. Ericy, which Nokia makes reference to in their Filing, all about IDCC's TDMA Patents..which are not about cdma2000 and WCDMA? TIA


ranger - remember that TDD is different from what Nokia is claiming non-infringement on in their documents (FDD and CDMA2000)
