You haven't been paying attention or perhaps don't understand. I've stated many times these guys have been operating within the law although exploiting grey areas. I've never had a desire to bring them to court nor have I complained to the SEC. My only goal was to alert people that Lagow, Ribotsky and the Gelmon's are experts at separating people from their money. When SSHS was trading over 100 times higher than where it is now, I warned people where it was heading despite all the press releases. I explained how and why. Nobody here can claim ignorance.
Many people have been wiped out by SSHS, and thousands more new inexperienced traders will suffer the same fate on other stocks.
My only desire was to educate people a little since the wiser investors are, the harder it would be for people like these guys to make a living preying off the uninformed.

I have dozens of proof and evidence I collected to show in court. You can see all the documentations and records the two men have to answer to the questions to stay not guilty in court once the hearing date is scheduled.
My purpose of submitting lawsuit is not to get my loss back from them nor to expect positive judgement to shareholders, but to hear the truth in front of justice regarding many false information from the press release and the management, suspicious transactions with this security. My uncle is a former SEC attorney and have a few more lawyers in my relatives. They're helping me for this lawsuit. I don't care the two Michaels are lawyers or have been doing this for years in the scope of law allowed previously. Everythying will be discussed under justice.
