The history of the company is "going concern" opinion, $18 million in accumulated losses, $8k in assets and never a profit (from what I can see, perhaps way in the past?).
There are many, if not most, penny stocks that are able to convince people to invest in them. Usually it's some sort of convertible financing that almost guarantees the investors a profit. Eventually though, the company has to turn a profit. If you're saying you've been invested in the company for 12 years waiting for that, I applaud your patience.
I'm here to provide a rational perspective on the stock. What good is a message board that only has the opinion of people who own the stock and therefore have a clear incentive to hype it?
There is no reason for me to call the CEO. I have no doubt that if there were anything he could say to convince me to ignore all the past financial results, you or another large shareholder would have posted it here long ago.
Good luck, but I remain unconvinced that a company with this balance sheet and earnings history will be able to justify its current $10 million market cap, let alone a higher one.
