Tom Ortenberg Is Already Aboard TDGI



I respectfully disagree with your statement. That is a couple times you have erroneously posted that, we wish you would stop that please, stick to the facts.


The facts from Eric:
Answer: Tom is committed to be our consultant through September. Until last week, we were his only client (but he is now handling a Brad Pitt film for Apparition Releasing / likely set for October or November). He will be available to continue on with us as a consultant beyond September, if we so elect. He has also indicated his receptivity to joining the company on an exclusive basis; but he has expressed similar sentiments to stepping in at MGM. So his status is in flux.

Your above statement is very contradicting and confusing. I quote you "as of right now he's not coming aboard TDGI/HH".

What in the world are you talking about??? Eric plainly and unequivocally states "Tom is committed to be our consultant through September" This means Tom Ortenberg is already on board, he is committed to TDGI through September, that is 3 more weeks of July, the entire month of August, and the entire month of September. So, how can you say he is not coming aboard, when in fact, he is already aboard?

To further confound this board you then state "I like to deal with what is right now, not what might be."

Once again, the here and now facts are that Tom Ortenberg is already on board TDGI and has been since about March. This is not what might be, this is fact, Tom Ortenberg is in fact right NOW committed to TDGI through September.

Here a few more lines from Eric that show that what you wrote is simply not true.

* So his status is in flux.

As you can see what you posted is 100% incorrect and just not true. Tell you what, come back here in October and we will see where we stand at that time in the future. Until that time, please stop posting stuff here that just is not true.

You seem to be in wrong place, everything about most pinks is speculation, including this one, we are are all speculating on our movies success.

If this was a NYSE or NASDAQ stock then I would leave a little more room for that kind of speculation, but as a pinksheet it's better to be cautious until proven otherwise
