That's correct, so as of right now he's not coming aboard TDGI/HH. I'm not crossing my fingers for the future. I like to deal with what is right now, not what MIGHT be. If this was a NYSE or NASDAQ stock then I would leave a little more room for that kind of speculation, but as a pinksheet it's better to be cautious until proven otherwise.IMO
