There's so many WAGs around all the boards ... someone may have hit close but who would know!! :)


The UST's involvement is to watch expenses/billings and to make sure there is no fraud. With that filing to the 3rd Circuit with the list of Quinn's billings and with the reaction Quinn had after the Chamber's conferences, it would not surprise me if the UST isn't starting to go after these attorneys.

Especially when all Rosen is doing is running in circles to keep the EC out of the "real information" and billing millions for it!!


Hope you are able to see what's in the transcript. I thought it wasn't available until October. Can't wait to hear if you do see!!

Ilene before you make the trip (don't know how convenient it is for you), someone should check to see if it's available. I thought it was sealed until Nov 2010. Otherwise all you may be getting is the 20 second babble from Rosen.
