My post was in response to a decision on the shareholders meeting. The July 20th hearing, as I understand it, will likely have the same agenda items as July 8th's, which did not include the shareholders meeting motion.

Someone correct me if I'm wrong.

p.s. Hopefully the July 20th meeting also will have an announcement of a "resolution" favorable to EC.

Exactly, or when they make the next step. But like you said, if nothing is agreed on before the 20th, we will start to see some action in my opinion.
