I agree that mediation may not take care of this situation. However, its in both parties interest to settle. Paul simply wants to market the Bio Harp. Sam wants money. Now there is this cloud of legal fees hanging above both of them. Plus the fact that Sam may have had an offer or an idea on how he could get more money for the Bio Harp from someone else but Sam may not have expected Paul to put up such a fight. Now Sams reputation as a seller is dirt.
Odds are Paul will win either way. So, Sam must fold. I really think that even after all that happened, Paul will make Sam a fair offer and move past this. Sam would be a fool not to take it. I must give Sam credit. He really tried to get away with this bs. But its game over for him in my opinion. If he gets mad and walks ways for the table this time, it could very well be the biggest mistake of his life. I am sure his lawyers have discussed this with him. LOL
