I really do not see what's so hard to comprehend.
The company (RMTD) was not attractive to Telogis....The assets were.
RMTD creditors (Bounce Mobile Sytems, Kieth Moore, Strands inc) forclosed on the debt they were owed by RMTD and forced the sale of assets.
They do not have to report anything they have delisted...They have no obligation to, so why would they ...
Telogis just bought the assets at auction LOL they do not care about RMTD, its shareholders, or its liabilities......
RMTD will float along for a bit then inherit an skull and crossbones.
