company was atrcative to Telogis even with the debt. So you are triying to say tha the company was just a shell company, so rotten that it was practicaly worth nothing. Well i guess then that Telogis is the most stupid company in the world. Men don't know if you ever had a bussiness or not, but in bussiness world debt is necessary and sometimes unavoidable.Bussinesses are not sold for what the capital they have but for the $$ they generate or could generate ( and this is factored in for at least 10 yrs). It would be riddiculous to think that GE should be sold for the whole sum of their shares ($14-$15 x o/s). A Company is worth for what they generate. Per Telogis RMTD had sales for more than 2 mil annualy. RMTD debt was arround 30 mill? that is not so bad if you compared this to the annual sales. Problem with RMTD is that they could not get more financing to expand so the right move was to sell their successful product and move on. Now with those annual sales do you think that RMTD was sold for 2.9 million with a pps of $0.0001? really, no way. RMTD was probably sold for much more than that. RMTD must have been sold for more than their actual debt 30mil ( if not 50mil)
