lol technically are u serious? all the ceo needs to do to prevent a takeover is raise the A/S to 10b and issue himself stock..a very simple resolution. As you have stated many times, you nor anyone of SCG is on the BOD. but its nice to see you are getting frustrated like the rest of us! get it done!
