The count including C. is around 3B.
We technically could takeover IDCN with a proxy vote however we choose to give the CEO a chance to get his deals done and remain long term investors. As you can see we are not concerned in the least. Everyone in Stock charter group will vote the same way. Right now again we will see what the CEO cooks up. We pray it is not more fish and chips.
