Great point! Could we say Susman and team had the ability to change the course of this BK? If so then equally he was dealing from a position of strength? With that said, the barginning power was also his today, agree? Susman may be trading the Ace for the deck? Maybe the outside forces(UST, DOJ) are making folks nervous? Maybe RICO? mmmmm?
