You're asking the wrong people the wrong questions...

"ever intend to release the stock for trading and if so what is their estimated time frame."

Zecco or any other Broker will not Sell shares untill they can complete the trade. ie: Deliver the Shares. DTCC.
They will not be able to buy or sell shares, untill a MM can make an inventory of legal shares to offer.

The SEC needs to prove the number of legal shares in the AS and OS. Trial set for 02/2011.
Unless the SEC Case is settled, they are in Discovery Mode now.
