That's known by most.. I wonder if this has anything to do with the R/M rumor.
I'm no expert in R/M's, but IMO it makes sense to dilute more shares if I owned the shell. This way the shell owner can make money off the dilution and increase the likely hood of an actual takeover. It seems that a shell w/ a low float and low outstanding would come at a higher price tag. I feel this makes it a more attractive R/M play..
This is just my take.. I wouldn't be surprised if I were way off.
