LMAO..yeah right~.. If JMW does anything ...it will be another month long gift to the debtors to overcome their inadequacies. She has proven time and time again...ruling on anything is the last thing she wants to do.
Trust me, I want her to pull on Rosen what would previously be unthinkable...so out of character for her...that bailiffs are shovelling lower jaws off the floor and back into joint with overtime pay!
If history is any indicator of what will happen tomorrow, I wouldn't get any hopes up. She has already granted more time for Rosen et al to play more games, in the face of her abstaining from making timely rulings, again, in hopes of settlement.... I don't necessarily fault her for that..but...you can only compromise the judicial and due process issues for so long. Rosen has tested and surpassed those limits IMO, and we have seen nothing from JMW...I'm sorry.
Maybe tomorrow she will turn a new leaf....but I'm not holding my breath!
