Couldn't have said it better. And as long as everyone involved understands this then there is no deception.
However, in order to make them (pr's) work it is necessary to fool those less informed into thinking they are huge and mean big bucks for revenue. That is why I work to make sure those less informed are made aware that the pr's being disseminated by Frankie and EFLN are not 'huge' but worthless, to simply exercise caution so not to be misled by the misinformation.
So, this is my question to your post; why put out such PR's unless the intention is deceive those less knowledgable?
