#13459 RE: PENNIEStoSTACKS #13458

I was referring to the share structure post conversion. How if there was a conversion taking place, did the float and O/S stay the same? I don't speculate on what an MM may or may not be doing because that is an absolute shot in the dark imo. Get the A/S increase straightened out and you may actually run. I sold at .0009 and .001 so I am ahead of the game even though I hold no position. I can easily pick up the 10 million I sold in this range if POPN pops up with some real answers. So far, I am safely on the sidelines.

You can't have both. If you want to believe the stock was being shorted into a conversion, why issue a PR stating that an investigation is forthcoming? I don't know what is going on with the pps but manipulation is one thing, shares sold into the market is another.

Did they "retained legal counsel" yet?

Pop N Go, Inc. (PINKSHEETS: POPN) announced today that the Company had launched an investigation into the recent volatility in trading of its stock. Management intends to retain legal counsel, among other steps, to look into trading manipulations, potential violations by market makers of fair market making laws and other trading inequities which fall outside of FINRA and SEC regulations.

"We note, despite positive business developments announced by the Company during the past 30 days, the huge increase in short selling of our stock and unusual trading after the market close in many instances. We are making every effort to determine the source of these highly unusual trading activities by performing an extensive stock trading forensic review. We will take every available step to defend the Company's share price from being manipulated in an unfair fashion. We have always sought a level playing field so that the Company's share price can reflect the business activity of the Company and not be subjected to market manipulation by unscrupulous third parties," said Mel Wyman, Pop N Go CEO.

YES... this is exactly what happens, when a company dilutes, they do not go and sell small blocks, they go through MM's to liquidate and keep the price from deflating TOO much - with that said they both know they price will go down (they're no dummies)

MM's will then short the stock knowing if you issue 100% more shares the price will drop at least 50% from current levels. (its a win win for the company/mm's)

this is why stocks usually slide down more than 50% off its peak during dilution.

believe it or not.
