It was an informative post that this was when COV was announcing their quarterly results. IF a deal is inked with COV, I fully expect they will 8K & PR it before then, as I have stated before. Just letting you know the date they are releasing their quarterly results. That's all.

The Ev3 shareholder suit against COV on that buyout was also announced as settled today, although that really doesn't make a wrinkle on a gnat's azz in the scheme of things for us. Just interesting fodder while we wait for official news.

Well if it is inked, it has been months since it was done, and at least two months since it was to be announced and PR'd.
