A material event such as this would be, would not be something kept from shareholders for weeks and months at a time..it's sort of tiring bantering around the subject ...and MOU or a LOI could be considered a signed agreement and not necessary to be released to the public and you sure wont find them in any SEC reports, and that is what I think Ronney is referring to..

It aint done till its done and you wont have to rely on a SEC doc to find out. If they havent released any news about this prior to any filings, then you most assuredly wont find they contain any info about pending deals.

The entire subject seems stupid.
