Well, we are largely in agreement once again, Stehsucker. Thanks for your post. I'm not sure it's advantage Macrovision yet, though, as far as the U.S. is concerned anyway. Also, while the Macro recent press releases have been more detailed, they have had an apologetic tone as well. Their re-cycling of old tech into the cd drm space doesn't look good at all. I think we still have them beat tech-wise.
Like you, I've heard "this is the week" ad nauseum. With all the shaking and baking that's going to be going on at Midem, the failed short-burn, and the rapidly declining share price, though, my view is this has to be the week. If they've got some cards to play, it's time to roll them over and let everybody see.
I will watch closely and hope for the best.
