I said all along that Macrovision has the resources, unlike Sunncomm, to play catch up and still win the game if we dick around long enough giving them a chance.

It looks like that may be happening... meanwhile our press releases sound more like an apology than a triumph... embarrassing.

The trump car we could still play, would be iPod compatibility and I will concede that this event, should it occur, would radically shift the balance of power... right now I would score it advantage Macrovision.
