Well, to the extent QEDN hasn't been sued for major ethical issues, contracts, etc., QEDN is also reputable. Investors get impatient. Thanks for the update. We'll all just sit tight a couple weeks.

But you have to consider why would Sofame want to hook up with a scam artist like Makmann anyway? If they do a little background check it's easy to see he's a complete failure. So, it doesn't shine a very good light on Sofame for wanting to do business with a crook. And I tend to believe it takes one to know one, and they are in cahoots together.

Sure Jay, everyone seems to forget that Sofame itself mentioned the JV.

So this is not something that comes from QEDN/Makmann alone :

John Gocek, Chief Operating Officer of Sofame, said, "The formation of the Joint Venture with QED is the first phase in our long term plans to establish Sofame as a major player in the engineering and manufacturing of high-efficiency direct-contact industrial hot water systems in the United States."

This is ok. Sofame will use QEDN to get a foot on the ground on the States. Good for us and for them. Win-win.
