John,
I was curious to see how the joint venture was doing with Qed Connect? There were some press releases stating that your joint venture agreement would be closed by the end of June but there were not any releases stating that it had closed. Any information at all would be greatly appreciated.

We had a lot on the go and had to extend closing for a couple of weeks. Everything is fine.

You all can take it for what its worth. I for one feel a little better hearing it from John because Sofame looks to be a pretty reputable company. More so than Qedn anyway.
