continued..
He has a Ph.D. in physics from the MOscow State University, and he is the man with the Midas touch.
He joined the team in 2002,holds over24 us. and int``l patents.Former Ceo of KERDIX,he patented and commercialiced the
record./erasable CD technology,he constructed the first manufacturing plant for those patents in Germany.
All of his patents have been commercialized!!!!
As you may be aware of Nsol has 3 technol.platforms,i.e.,separation of water from tritium,a by
product of nuclear waste, where the States have a tremendous storage problem.
Secondly,a nuclear powered battery able to last for 20 years,it can be so small to incorporate it into future nanodevices, and finally working on the homeland security market
able to detect nuclear weapons through the changing of gravitional forces implied by heayy metals like plutonium.

guru, according to NSOL filings, Herda's training was in commerce, engineering, and business finance. Your post is the first I've seen that suggests he was trained in medicine. Where did you hear that Herda had medical training? Is it possible you have confused him with the head of Blacklight Power, who studied medicine before he started his current business.

from the 2002 June 24 filing:
Mr. Herda attended Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA, where he studied Commerce and Engineering, and Regis University in Denver, CO. where he studied business finance.

At that time he was 32 years old.

other details from that filing:

In 1997, Herda founded Particle Power Systems, LLC, a private nuclear R&D company. He was responsible for general operations concerning the development of innovative nuclear power technologies for military and aerospace applications.

From 1995 to 1997, Herda provided business and technical consulting services to various companies in the fields of aerospace product development, marketing, management, organizational development, industrial engineering and process control, and E-business.

From 1993 to 1995, Herda served as Vice President for Butler Audio, a Start-Up design and manufacturing firm for consumer electronics products. Where he successfully managed new product introduction, manufacturing, and strategic planning.

From 1990 to 1993, Herda worked on various engineering projects that included design and prototyping of emergency/rescue systems for the U.S. Navy as well as fiscal management and reliability engineering for a component of the National Transportation System.
