Opportunity, I agree the proper use of RECAF would be monitoring and certainly not screening.
I differ on your analysis of the study with the intent to partner. If you had followed the blogs, you would understand that Moro went for two months attempting to sell Dog RECAF and on or about April 15, he started offering free tests calling it a study.
Why do I know it is not any sort of study? You cannot do a study without control groups and known cancers. Vets are just saying, "bring your pets in for free testing in a study." This is just random testing.
I suggest you do some reading and learn how studies should be setup.
Moro made another call for free testing on or about May 31. What is occurring is the lack of demand and Moro is just attempting to give away free samples to create a demand.
