Actually, I believe you are the one who needs to do some reading. There is quite a distinct difference between an observational study and a controlled experiment. When dealing with real patients, controlled experiments are usually impossible due to fundamental constraints (e.g. ethical concerns). As always, you clearly lack the proper scientific knowledge to be making your claims. I wish you would cut back on the snarky remarks until you adequately educate yourself.
