On the contrary....the most recent post on their web site under "President's Corner" is June 30, 2010!!! VERY POSITIVE!

By all of the negative comments on this board, NO ONE will ever become interested in this company. Keep in mind, it's in the shareholder's best interest to remain positive and keep any negative comments to yourself, don't you think?

I just thought I'd let you all know that the request of my good friend I did some research on past companies doing an R/S. I came up with 50+ companies that filed and had an effective R/S in the last 3 years and found out the following below.

1) 1 company filed, approved, and effective R/S within 1 week
2) 1 company filed, approved, and effective R/S within 2 weeks
3) 1 company filed, approved, and effective R/S within 5 weeks
4) 1 company filed, approved, and effective R/S within 9 weeks
5) The the remaining 46 filed, approved, and effective within
4 weeks. These are business days too. I mean 1 week is 5 business days for example. This coming Thursday, July 8th would be the average time for IHGP to become effective as far as the R/S goes, but don't hold your breath. Won't happen.

If it takes more than 9 weeks(Past August 12th) then this R/S would be out of the ordinary, but not at the maximum days until September 10th. Good luck!
