The shares have to have the ability to be issued as free trading to have a true affect on the PPS anytime soon and if not if not then they have a minimum 6 month legend as a non_ affiliate or if we are talking two million dollars then they would be an affiliate with a 12 month minumum legend. i understand the game toxic financiers play so lets assume the are illegal pigs and put the shares split up to keep all of them out of affiliate status they still would have access to the first share sold until febuary i do believe most investors here dont really what happens to GGII bby the time februaury rolls around. i on the other hand do but dont believe they would have anyway other than a 504 to get shares into the market and as of today still no filings so to me its a non issue
