The arbitrators will issue an opinion and it will probably cite some law. Problem is that we'll never see it, because, the opinion will contain a great deal of information from the NOK/IDCC contract and the ERICY/IDCC trial, all of which is deemed confidential. If we're real good boys and girls, we might find out how much we won and we won't have to guesstimate it from the 10-K or one of their convoluted 8-Ks.

laranger: Not a lawyer, but in their decisions they do give their reasons and cite applicable laws and prior case citations. However as osoesq pointed out we will not get to see it. Summaries of case decisions are periodically published. For an example see
