I will tell ya how to quit it worked for me, buy a pack of the strongest most disgusting cigarettes you can find like Newport 100's and chain smoke the pack, by the time your halfway through, you wont ever want to smoke again :) Worked for me, haven't smoked one in 8 months... Have had urges now and then, but somehow it works!

How I Quit Smoking-
"Cold turkey" FLOL.

I tried to quit smoking COUNTLESS TIMES, but i just couldn't, I WAS ADDICTED.

Until One day i woke up feeling a sore throat, had trouble swallowing (food). My first tough was, FUCK I HAVE THROAT CANCER.

This NIGHTMARE lasted for a couple of weeks.

and now it has been almost 6-7 years since I had a CIGARETTE.

I haven't smoked a regular cig since December when I got it.

I was @ a pack a day since I was 15 too and hardcore nicotine addict.

I mean I love nicotine but I hated everything about smoking cigs.

Now it is win win.
