Seems as though your entire post is based completely on guesses, and whether you believe it or not there is a great deal of consumers that base their buying decisions on quality over price. It also looks like the slow learner is gain traction throughout North America with the recent additions of retail locations.

We seriously do NOT want Walmart and the headaches + extra costs that come with it. Why would Winning Brands sell their product at a discount when there are plenty of other chains that are far easier to deal with. If we have Walmart as an account they will be making most of the profit on every unit sold, we wil be left with chump change. Then there is the extra cost of RFID tags:

Wal-Mart (WMT) is heavily invested in RFID technology. The firm requires most of its top suppliers to have RFID tags on every pallet and case coming to its distribution centers and stores.

Remember when getting Walmart was going to be the biggest catalyst EVER made by this company,to launch it $1 land? LOL! Now, they SERIOUSLY DON'T WANT WALMART

Almost on cue how the longs spin the yarn to keep WNBD rosy and glossy for the newbs. They lost Wlamart, as I predicted over a year ago, because Walmart doesn't like competition, they have their own "green cleaner"
