Dilution: The process of making weaker or less concentrated.
Dilution is dilution is dilution!

Quote: "They, who control the voting stock are all too happy with the situation as it stands."

Well, why wouldn't they be happy?
After all, we are at a one-day-moving-average high, and on an upward trend!

My God noquit, look up stock dilution.

Just for you I will make this simple.

Stock Dilution

What is dilution? Dilution occurs when a company issues out more shares to the public, at less than the market value of the company. So lets say that if stock XYZ is trading at $100/share, any other shares that enter the market which the company receives cash of less than $100/share will have a dilutive effect on the company's stock.

LFBG has been selling stock well below market value for a very long time. This is done in order to raise funds for the company. Since this stock is sold below market value is is dilutive to current holders by definition.

No reason to argue ignorantly that what they are doing falls under some other category. LFBG has openly stated that they would be using the issuance of common shares in order to raise funds. It is in their filings.

Why is this still being discussed? It has got to be the silliest argument going here other than the even sillier "salary" argument.
