No, absolutely NO DILUTION has occurred, since you are trying to make a statement that the company, from its initial IPO offering was intentionally trying to dilute the stock every time they sold stock to go on to better things.

That is NOT DILUTION.

Dilution is when stock is sold off only to try to cash out AND run away, much like a company that Greedy and I are very experienced with.

LFBG is a real company, with real products, and a real future.
