No the courts have not affirmed 3B OS...they just admitted affidavits of the TA & Moskowitz.

Panther, you are totally wrong – the SEC approved the count (otherwise they would not submit it as evidence) but THE COURT DID NOT APPROVED THE TA COUNT yet.

Show me a link to a court document that affirmed to TA count.
