No the courts have not affirmed 3B OS...they just admitted affidavits of the TA & Moskowitz.


the TA has stated the amount and the SEC has agreed. They have submitted the documentation to the courts - I didn't see any documents stating otherwise

Mosky is still claiming 700+ million? and thats easily proven wrong!
