Sounds like more noise to me. What financials? The ones that were filed in April 2010? Again, nothing of substance here, just hype and more hype.
I do not know much about a 506 D, but it sounds like they do not have any money at all. Right now I can take my loss and write it off or I would sell the stuff. Just unproven noise!
