Well the balance sheet they posted for Dec 2009 had only $12,000 in cash on it, so no surprise (to people who understand business) that they needed funding.

Once again, the key is, what is the company giving up for this 14 million? It is yet to be revealed, and you know what that means, it should be juicy!

Are we forgetting that we are playing around with a stock that trades .0029... If it had financial's and cash it would be priced so low..
