Most companies that I deal with do some sort of private placements. The money is used for new developments and will attract new investors.

Responses so far still do not answer key point. I wonder why? ;-) Do you believe they are not getting an equity stake for this investment? If so how much % dilution do you expect this offering to be?

Note that the announcement does not even cover how many shares will be issued for this $14 million! Does anyone wonder why? ;-)
