In the past it has taken years to get regulatory approval to build a nuclear power plant. That may be due to constantly changing design. Perhaps in the future, if using existing and proven design it could happen faster. However, if AEHI sells nuclear desalination units to another country any approval delay should depend on that country's regulations. These are just my thoughts, does anybody have another opinion of what would be considered normal time span for regulatory approval in the US?
