well samspade96 i realy dont know who is selling ...all what you said could be right or wrong since no body know whats going on except pvd ... but if you want my opinion i think some traders bought based on the chart and for the news that will be released on this quarter according to feb pr ... and they start selling when nothing happend as they expect ... i will wait and see .. it went to .28 with no material news ... what if there is a good news ... where do you think it will go ... at the end its risk im welling to take ... if im right bingo and if im wrong i will take my loss ...and it will not be the first time ...i learned something in my life ... you will never know the opportunity that pass your way unless you take the risk to know that imo ... glta
