The way I see it either:
1: small investors are spooked and selling. Keep in mind that every large buy most likely means there is a large seller. Most bid/ask are at 5000 shares. Who is suddenly buying AND selling large blocks. Again, maybe everything is fine and this is just spooked outside investors
Or:
2: large inside investors know of bad news and want to get out first. News could be benign like a small delay in financing; or huge news of failur of concept or even 'scam'
